End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Tuninga ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." It is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or misuse the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Service is owned by Njund Media Group or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without permission. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it in connection with the Service.

4. Privacy

We collect minimal data (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve the Service. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Limitations of Liability

Njund Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Santiago, Chile.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
